The Warden walks over to the skull and turns it over, examining it in detail. It's a metal skull that's the size of a horse or a cow, though the eyes are too big for a cow. The skull is stamped with a spiral star made of gold, the symbol of the Grey Warden, and there are scraps of a letter on the top where the black paint has chipped off. \"I killed them all...\" The Warden says, the skull clicking softly as he taps his finger on its surface.
The Warden stands up, removing the skull with him. The door opens as the Warden leaves, and a few of the Warden's apprentices pass him on the way out. The Warden enters the hallway and heads for the Elder Scrolls. He stops next to an ancient console and places the skull on it. He presses buttons and a robotic hand appears, grabbing the Warden's. Leaning forward, the Warden places his mouth over the mouthpiece and speaks. \"My Lady...? What've you gotten yourself into...?\"
The Warden looks up as the Elder Scrolls Portal appears next to him. The Dragonborn recovers his mana and starts shouting at the Elder Scrolls, \"HELP!\" But the Warden takes a blow from the Dragonborn. Frustrated, the Warden curses him, angry that the Warden didn't pick him up when the Elder Scrolls appeared. \"Who are you!?\" The Dragonborn becomes lost in confusion as the portal opens, revealing a woman. \"MY FRIEND, THINK OF ME! I BROUGHT YOU HOME...\" The voice fades as the portal closes. The Warden's eyes close and he falls back into unconsciousness. The Warden awakes to discover himself back in his chambers, a small white skull sitting on top of the desk. 7211a4ac4a
